Hard restarts haven't worked, I've taken out the battery and took the plug out after I had turned it off and pressed the power button a few times just to make sure it was reset, turned it back on, I've done downkoad before too and it still gets infinitely stuck windwos that screen.
There are currently no usb devices plugged into it, I just have my windows 10 dvd in the tray. It's much older than that, it had windows 10 on it but it's definitely too old for that to be preloaded. By that I mean it was upgraded to 10 but had something on it before, I think it came with 8. In any case the on and off three times didn't do anything anyways.
